Integrative approach of the Psyche
The psyche is not an isolated system — it responds to everything happening in the body, the nervous system, and our environment.
A holistic approach, therefore, means understanding the person as a unity of thought, emotion, and physiological balance.
In my practice, I combine classical psychiatric and psychotherapeutic methods with insights from functional and regenerative medicine.
When appropriate, assessments of micronutrients, hormones, or inflammatory markers are included to uncover biological burdens that may affect mood, sleep, or energy.
Botulinum toxin can also play a supportive role in this context:
Targeted injections into specific muscle groups can reduce autonomic tension, relieve psychosomatic stress states, and — through emotional feedback mechanisms — positively influence mood and stress regulation.
For me, therapy means restoring resonance between body and psyche — through dialogue, structure, mindfulness, movement, nutrition, and, when appropriate, targeted medical support.
To treat holistically means taking symptoms seriously — but also looking deeper, until the root cause becomes visible.
This approach not only creates stability, but helps restore the ability to actively shape one’s own life.
