Psychotherapy
For me, psychotherapy means learning to understand yourself more deeply — not to become perfect, but to live more freely.
It creates space to uncover unconscious patterns, longstanding beliefs, and recurring conflicts — and to develop new ways of thinking, feeling, and acting.
My work is based on a psychodynamic foundation, and depending on the situation, I integrate elements from cognitive-behavioral, systemic, and mindfulness-based approaches.
At the core of this process is a trusting therapeutic relationship that allows for openness, safety, and clear boundaries.
The aim of treatment is not only the reduction of symptoms, but the integration of experience, the development of insight, and the strengthening of inner stability.
Change happens when understanding meets emotion — and when people reconnect with their own inner resources.
Psychotherapy is not a process of adaptation, but of reconnection — to oneself, to clarity, and to vital life energy.
