Book Crisis intervention
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING RESERVATION & BILLING
Entering your health insurance card number (VeKa number):
To maintain your appointment and bill your basic health insurance, we absolutely require your VeKa number (807...).
If you did not provide this number when booking, please reply to this email immediately with your card number. Without a valid card number, the reservation will be cancelled.
Commitment & Cancellation Fee (No-Show Fee):
Appointments for crisis intervention are in high demand and cannot be filled at short notice.
Cancellation Deadline: Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend.
Cancellation Fee: In the event of an unexcused no-show or cancellation at short notice (less than 24 hours), we will invoice you privately for a cancellation fee of CHF 150.–. (NOTE: Health insurance companies do not cover costs for missed appointments).

Should your situation drastically worsen before your appointment, please contact the Psychiatric Service Aargau (PDAG: 056 481 60 06) or the emergency number 144 directly.
